Spa Etiquette
Arriving fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled reservation is strongly advised. This gives you time to check in, change your clothes and leisurely slip into a relaxed state as you begin your spa experience. In order to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere, please turn your cellular phone off upon arrival. Cell phones and blackberries are not permitted in the lounge areas and can be stored in your locker. Present gift certificates and any promotional offers at check-in. Note that your appointment time indicates the beginning of your service. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your entire service if possible but you will be charged in full.
Slippers and a robe are provided for your comfort and convenience.
If you are pleased with the service provided, it is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician with a gratuity. For your convenience, envelopes are available for this purpose at the front desk.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Making an appointment in advance will help us accommodate your request. Due to the popularity of our services, we do require a major credit card to hold your reservation however, when you arrive, you may pay for your services with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of each service. This applies for no-show appointments and those made and cancelled on the same day as well.
What We Need to Know
Upon your initial visit to our spa, you will be asked to complete a brief profile so that we are aware of any medical condition, allergies and/or prescription medications. This information is required in order to provide the best possible care during your services. For example, please tell us if you are using Retin A, accutane, or have had laser surgery. There are also limitations in the types of services we can offer pregnant clients. Be sure to check with your doctor before making any appointments and please do let us know in advance if you are pregnant. Keep your therapist or esthetician informed of any changes on subsequent visits.
We also gather contact information so that we can make you aware of any specials and events we think will be of interest to you. Your information is confidential and is not shared with any third parties.
