It's always amazing when we begin to have the first days of warmer weather and realize the Winter may actually be over! The snow is back in a very big way as everyone in the area hunkers down for another two days of being snowed in. Take it easy with the shoveling. It was a beautiful snowfall here in Hartsdale, New York today and well, as long as we don't have to think about driving in it or shoveling out of it, it will remain beautiful for a little while. A feeling of peace comes over me when I can take a few moments to sit quietly and observe the falling snow. That's what I want to share with you today. Feels like a heat wave! 41 degrees makes for a nice mild break from the cold weather and has us all thinking about the Spring! Time to really stick to that New Year's resolution to get in shape. Thanks to all of you who came in to try our Walk Live Class last week. We know you all enjoyed it from the smiles and amazement when you had walked 2 miles without even realizing it. In case you missed it, Walk Live Classes are offered every Thursday beginning at 7:15pm. Classes are 30 minutes. Trial class $20. Package of 8 classes for only $120.
